“ We didn't expect much going here because it is a bit secluded (tucked away at the corner of the aparment complex). We wee're greatly delighted by the Japanese flavours. We finished both our orders. Only a few people dine here, it's more aimed towards doordash and ubereats audience. The staff, we found out, are all Filipino and they are all lovely. They were playing Filipino songs. The interior is a bit tacky but decent. The initial table we chose was sticky so we changed tables. This is a hidden gem in the Rouse Hill area. Servings is not that generous compared to other Australian restaurants. ”
“ If you’re looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of Rouse Hill Town Centre, go here! It’s tucked away on the ground floor of the newly constructed Proximity apartments. It’s usually quiet which means you get your food out to you quickly, fresh and hot. It’s a bonus that the prices are also slightly cheaper too! The food is tasty, well-priced and the staff are lovely too! With plenty of options to choose from, you’ll be spoilt for choice and you would want to taste every dish on the menu. It won’t blow your socks off in terms of deliciousness but it hits the spot when you’re craving a Japanese dish. ”
“ Service is great. Food is good authentic Japanese fast food Always having over orders as takeaways. Parking is limited, but you can walk if you park from Rousehill Mall or better take the metro train (only 5 minutes walk). ”
“ Asuka Japanese is a hidden gem in Rouse Hill! We had the Tonkatsu Ramen and the Japanese curry (prawn) and both were stand-out dishes. The Japanese curry sauce was delicate and delicious. The prawns were cooked perfectly. I think a lot of people order chicken katsu curry with it so I would definitely be keen on trying that next time. I am actually not a ramen fan as I find the base too rich but due to the reviews referencing it, we ordered it. I’m so glad that we did because it’s the best ramen I’ve ever tasted so far (not that I’ve tasted a lot but still!!!) The balance is great and the service size is also good (not too overwhelming as normal ramen bowls). The restaurant is airconditioned so it really helps on a warm summer day. ⭐ Jill and Carl served us and their customer service is top-notch. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’re so happy to have discovered this restaurant and we will definitely be back! P.S. Ate there again today but unfortunately, the Tonkatsu is out of stock. We ordered the chicken katsu curry and the spicy pork udon. While both were yummy, I loved the spicy pork udon more. Absolutely delicious. Staff were courteous and had good customer service as well. Kirsten was really great! ”
“ Tried the spicy pork Bento. Miso soup came in a plastic bowl despite eating it. Bento box was nice, pork with enough spice and flavours. Atmosphere was quiet with no vibe. Maybe they can play some soft music in the background to lift it up. Would try again but maybe for takeaway. ”
